• SGD$5.00 - SGD$10.00 shipping fee depending on location.

• Most in-stock items will reach you within 02-05 business days. An email with the tracking details will be sent to you once the order is packed.

• A second delivery would be made to you should you be unavailable to receive your parcel when the delivery is first attempted. Subsequently, if the delivery fails, your parcel will be sent back to our warehouse.

• Our courier may contact you to arrange and confirm the delivery. Kindly ensure the contact number you provide at the check-out page is accurate.

• Please note that if there are more than two items in a single order, you may receive your items separately. However, they should not be more than 3 business

• Freight Charges & Schedule : Varies based on location and shipping method. Details will be provided at check-out page after you enter your shipping address.

• An email with the tracking details will be sent to you once the order is packed.

• Not all items are eligible for overseas shipping.

STANDARD (LOCAL) DELIVERY TIMINGS

If your order consists of only in-stock items: Most in-stock items will be dispatched within 48 hours of ordering during business days, however, some orders may take a longer time to process. Should an item be back ordered, or an unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified as soon as possible.

If your order includes pre-order items: Your order will be dispatched when your whole order is complete.  Please email us if you wish to opt for partial shipping of the in-stock items in your order.

Once your order has reached our store, you will receive an email notifying you that it is ready for self-collection.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. 

Our exchange policy lasts 07 days.

If 07 days have gone by since your purchase, we won't be able to offer you an exchange.

Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
